Seeds ExporterDocuments: what you can download now and what we send with each shipment
Two kinds of documents matter to a seed importer: the company certificates that establish who you are dealing with, which you can request now, and the shipment documents that clear customs, which are issued for each consignment. Company certificates (available on request)
Sent as PDF with any quotation, or on request by email to export@kohenoorint.com. Originals can be shown at the Hyderabad office.

Sample shipment documents
Specimen copies of a phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, ISTA-format test report, commercial invoice and packing list are available so that your customs broker and bank can check formats before an LC is opened. Ask on the quote form and state the product and destination.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get your certificates before placing an order?
Yes. ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, TDAP registration, ASF membership and a company profile are sent as PDFs with any quotation or on request.
Do you provide specimen documents for my bank?
Yes. Specimen phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, test report, invoice and packing list are available so that LC terms can be drafted to match what will actually be presented.
Are shipping documents sent before payment of the balance?
Scans of all documents are sent as issued, including the bill of lading copy against which the 70% balance is due. Originals are released after payment or through the bank under an LC.
Do you supply product specification sheets?
Yes, one per product, matching the specification tables on the product pages, with HS code, purity, germination, packing and MOQ.
